Business Weekly asks whether it's time to launch a global clean-up. BP has been launching its latest efforts not just to clean up the Gulf of Mexico, following one of the world's biggest oil spills, but also to scrub clean its tarnished reputation. We hear from a leading oil-man about what lasting damage may have been done. With the banks meanwhile, the sweeping up is done by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, which sets the rules for the world's banking industry.
