It is causing some to become more conscientious about recycling their refuse. The Catalan artist, Antoni Abad, has unveiled a project at this year's Mobilefest in Sao Paulo to help people with disabilities. Activists have taken to the street armed with mobile phones to help map the city for disabled access.
