Dr Heidi Kastner is the forensic psychiatrist who had to assess the mental state of Josef Fritzl, the Austrian convicted earlier this year of imprisoning and raping his daughter over a 24 year period. This week on The Interview Dr Kastner tells Carrie Gracie about the challenges of her job - the curiosity which took her into the field and the occasional sense of helplessness that her job inflicts on her.
