ONLINE SAFETY ACT Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has pledged to respond more quickly to close loopholes in laws designed to protect children online. Sir Keir said no online platform will get a "free pass" over the issue of children's online safety as he promised to "crack down on the addictive elements of social media". The 52-year-old said the case disappeared during a train journey from London Paddington to Kemble in Gloucestershire on Friday. Bowman said the suitcase contained sentimental items in a jewellery box, including a pinkie ring with her grandfather's ashes in it, and made a tearful appeal on social media for it to be returned.
