Dipps kicks off the New Year with a Bhangra Bang, celebrating the sound of the 6s with a special Bhangra Bounce mix, bringing together 30 minutes of anthems from 1986, 1996, 2006 and 2016. You’ll hear classic cuts from Apna Sangeet, B21, Heera and Panjabi MC, alongside modern flavours from Diljit Dosanjh, Sunanda Sharma, Jassie Gill and Sharry Maan. Along the way, Dipps mixes in party anthems from Beyoncé, Shakira and Justin Timberlake, all given a Bhangra Bounce twist like no other. To close the show, The Final Track in Full comes from the 1997 album Eclipse by Amarjit Sidhu, featuring the soulful vocals of Balwinder Safri alongside Neville and Sheena on the classic Ranjha, where Bhangra meets Reggae.
