Actor and writer Alan McHugh pays tribute to Stanley Baxter, talking about the projects with Brian Beacon at Dundee Rep he has been working on regarding Stanley, and the influence he's had on his own career as a prolific panto writer and head panto writer for the biggest pantomime writing company in the UK. He talks about writing Sleeping Beauty at the Beacon Arts Centre in Greenock and his role this year in Cinderella as dame-in-residence in Aberdeen for more than two decades. And he talks about why pantomimes are so meaningful to him as a performer.
