Each episode is hosted by a legendary Radio 2 presenter, providing insights and interviews with contributions from Wendy James, Susannah Hoffs, Suzi Quatro, Toyah Willcox, PP Arnold and many more. Episode 1, presented by Tony Blackburn, begins with a look at the groundbreaking 60s, when Tina Turner, Grace Slick, Nico, PP Arnold and Janis Joplin led the charge when it came to rock vocals.
