This week's case begins with an ambulance hurtling down the streets of Scunthorpe and the patient inside, struggling to breathe. A mysterious illness is striking down workers at the Steelworks, and the DI wants his best man on the job. Unfortunately his best man's busy, so he sends Alfie instead.
