Kate Rusby's Sweet Bells features as one of our most ancient carols, while gospel star Sarah Teibo sings a relatively recent composition, Norwegian Pine, a tribute to the friendship between Norway and the UK and the gift of the Trafalgar Square Christmas Tree.
