Fiona Macrae was diagnosed with breast cancer in the mid 2000’s, and after going through treatment she wanted to go away on holiday to recuperate. However, when she tried to get travel insurance she was told she was uninsurable. Having worked in insurance for two decades it sparked an idea to change the way travel insurance is screened, with the aim of offered fairer and more affordable policies for people with heath issues, and after many years of research and development she created InsuranceWith.
