Charlotte Smith meets Salih Hodzhov, a Bulgarian fruit picker turned farm manager in Kent. Salih first came to the UK as a seasonal worker more than 20 years ago. He's now he's the Chief Operating Officer at one of Britain's biggest soft fruit farms. Charlotte hears how getting people to pick our fruit is an ongoing challenge, with workers coming from further and further away.
