In his new show for Saturday lunchtimes, Jools shares his lifelong passion for classical music. With fascinating guests each week who bring their own favourite music and occasionally perform live in Jools's studio. Today, Jools's choices include music by Felix Mendelssohn and Percy Grainger, with performances from Myra Hess, Oscar Peterson, Walter Gieseking and The Skatalites. His guest is artist and comedian Jim Moir, also known by his stage name of Vic Reeves, who introduces music by Olivier Messiaen, Maurice Ravel and Ralph Vaughan Williams.
