Many people can't be bothered to return online purchases they have decided they don't want, now some companies have joined in and say 'keep it', if it'll cost too much to process some low value items. There's been a rise in the numbers of people opting for private health care but in some parts of the UK patients are struggling to get treatment. A new report lays bare the increased pressure on parents of putting a child through university.
