Gap Finders - Love Said

You and Yours

Available for over a year

Anna Rowe from Kent, and Cecilie Fjellhoy from Norway, set up their organisation, Love Said, to support, help and advise victims of Romance Fraud – after they both fell for romance fraudsters themselves. Cecilie’s story is so extraordinary, and her fraudster so notorious – they made a Netflix documentary about him called “The Tinder Swindler” – which 166 million people watched in it’s first month of release. Anna and Cecilie say they found a significant gap in support for victims after their experiences, and are now working with police forces, banks and other organisations that try to prevent fraud, to fill it. We explore what they’re doing, what they need to do to move forward, and what they want to put in place for victims in the future. PRODUCER: KATE HOLDSWORTH PRESENTER: WINIFRED ROBINSON
