The Science and Art of Dreaming

Science Cafe

Available for over a year

Adam Walton joins Sleep Scientist from the School of Psychology at Swansea University, Professor Mark Blagrove, and Artist from Swansea College of Art, Dr Julia Lockheart, to discuss their new book 'The Science and Art of Dreaming'. Featuring beautiful original artwork based on dream representations, the book delves deeply into what happens when we dream, the works of art we produce when asleep and the relevance of dreaming to science, art and film. We also delve into the Science Café archives to hear from Psychologist, Dr Eva Murzyn, who back in 2008 explains why some people dream in colour and others dream in black and white.
