Ruth Sanderson visits Kilburns farm in north east Fife to meet Rachel Crawford, who has taken over her family farm. The land was tenanted out for many years for arable farming, but Rachel has brought it back into livestock production. Looking for added value in the marketplace, she has invested in a flock of merino sheep, her ambition being to create sustainable wool products and improve the environmental footprint of her farm - all while juggling care for her three young children.
