Thousands of people are tracking timid Sophie's progress and we'll be speaking to Rory about it. But we want to hear your experience of adopting a rescue dog too. Thousands of dogs are being given up for adoption in UK rescues after people took on dogs in the pandemic and can now no longer look after them.
