Caz Graham visits Matt and Jenny Swarbrick at their permaculture farm in north Wales. Settled between the sea and the mountains of Snowdon, they combine caring for the environment and regenerating soil, with providing food and prosperity in a less economically favoured area. Using permaculture and agro-ecological methods, they grow vegetables, meat, eggs and milk, on a small and regenerative human scale that provides food and fuel for their home, their visitors and their local community. ​ Presented by Caz Graham and produced for BBC Audio by Caitlin Hobbs ​
