Juggy Sidhu, also known as 'The Indian Body Coach’, chats to Sonya about how he turned his love for body building and nutrition into a business. As well as being a personal trainer, he runs The Complete Health Rewire, which is an online health and fitness service. Juggy talks about the importance of taking a holistic approach to physical health and wellbeing has been his unique selling point, and was inspired by his own experience with mental and physical health problems.
