A man takes a job in a very unusual bakery in Copenhagen that relies on a unique ingredient. Copenhagen-born Heidi Amsinck has written numerous short stories for radio. Her collection, Last Train To Helsingør, was published in 2018. Her first novel, My Name Is Jensen, was published in 2021. The follow-up, The Girl In The Photo, is due out later in 2022.
