On Call You & Yours we want to know if you're looking for a new job or career in 2022. It's been dubbed 'the great resignation', people all over the world looking to change their work situation. A survey of 4,000 workers for the government's Skills for Life campaign found that over 43% want a career change this year. Are you rethinking your job, your pay, your hours?
