At this time of year, no-one can compete with Santa when it comes to delivering parcels. Sadly, listeners have been emailing You and Yours saying they can't always get those answers from the parcel delivery firm Hermes, so we asked Santa to help. We catch up with an unpaid carer who originally called in to You and Yours to share his experiences in the pandemic. Eighteen months after we spoke to Norman, we find out how things have been for him since, and what life is like now. In recent years the story about plant based food that looks like meat has all been about growing sales. The predictions were that it would keep growing. However, growth in sales has slowed right down. In 2019 we spent £410 million in total, that rose by a quarter to over £500 million but this last year the growth in sales has been less than 10 per cent. We find out why... Research by the bank HSBC suggests that one in ten people playing games online has approached to launder money. Criminals are laundering money by moving it through other people's accounts. These other people are often just youngsters who agree to accept the money until it's moved on. We hear from one mother and her son about his experience interacting with other players online...
