Sohail is one of the founders of Chaiiwala, a chain of chai restaurants originally based in Leicester. Their first eight-seat store opened up in 2015 and has since expanded to over 40 stores in the UK and a branch in Canada. Sohail shares how his grandparent's traditional chai recipe has become part of an international brand and talks about the power of setting goals to create a successful business, just like he has. Sonya also hears from Sumayyah Siraj, a henna artist from Glasgow. She started doing henna at a young age when her family realised it was a natural talent of hers. She followed her mum’s footsteps as a henna artist and helped her out at events and weddings. Now, as a full time university student Sumayyah manages her studies as well as working as a henna artist on the side.
