Call You and Yours: When have you made a difference through protest?

You and Yours

Available for over a year

When have you made a difference through protest? On Call You and Yours today we’re talking about campaigning. Have you ever spoken out in protest about something? Have you "spoken truth to power"? We'll be asking how much of a difference campaigning can make in delivering real and lasting change. As well as the world leaders meeting this week in Glasgow at the COP26 summit on climate change, there are also thousands of protestors from across the world, who are desperate for their concerns to be heard. What's your experience of protest? Whether it’s just a local issue affecting your community, or persuading a company to change its behaviour, or taking part in a big political campaign, tell us about when you spoke out. What prompted you to do it, how did it feel, and what difference did it make? We are keen to hear your experience. Email [email protected] and leave your number so we can contact you. From 11:00am on Tuesday 2nd November, you can call us direct on 03700 100 444. Producer: Jonathan Hallewell Presenter: Winifred Robinson
