Charlotte Williams set up a blog in 2010 just for fun, which led her on to creating the successful business she has now. This week’s 60 Second Career comes from personal chef, Vick Idowu. Vick has always had a passion for making desserts and pastries and so began working in bakeries. She then went on to trial at high-profile restaurants like Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Jamie Oliver’s restaurant and Crepes and Cones, owned by hip-hop duo Krept and Konan. After trying out several restaurants, she found her calling as a personal chef for celebs!
