Her parents always wanted her to be a doctor, so she went on to university to start her 10 year journey in the medical profession when she realised her passion for baking was what she really wanted to do as her career. Since then, she's launched her own business Feya Cafe, made it onto the Forbes 30 under 30 list and became a mother, all before the age of 29! This week’s 60 Second Career comes from Ranvir Bansal, who runs a start-up called ‘Ranvs Rasoi’ which provides healthy Indian meals at pop-ups across the Midlands. And, it all started as a side hustle alongside his 9-5 which he recently quit to go full time with his business.
