Complaints about the system for delivering two and ten day PCR tests for travellers are mounting. The private testing system is described as being like the wild west with consumers left in the dark over pricing, not receiving tests and unable to contact providers when there is a problem. NatWest customers have joined those from some other App-only banks complaining about their accounts being frozen with no explanation, with complaints taking days or even weeks to resolve.
