John Lewis has joined a growing number of companies and organisations that are changing their paternity policies to offer more paid time off to new fathers. Currently only around a third of men take up the opportunity of sharing parental leave with their partner. We speak to Shadow Business Secretary Ed Miliband, who wants a big re-think of paternity leave. In a new report by the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee, it's claimed that the government has not delivered on a promise to create parity between social care workers and NHS staff. It suggests that a plan to address low pay, poor career development and to tackle high staff turnover is long overdue. How much food do you end up wasting when you're at an "all you can eat" buffet table? Researchers at Primorska University in Slovenia have researched it and found shocking levels of food waste. People put more on their plates than they can eat. We find out why. Some marketing calls can be annoying. And some companies can be very persistent. We hear from a man who couldn't stop the constant calls to his home. He was called over 750 times by one company over the course of two years. When you're switching energy supplier to a "green" tariff, do you really know what you are buying? According to new research from British Gas, most of us have little idea. Does the electricity come from a separate network, has it been generated on wind farms or using solar panels or what? We take a closer look at some of the so-called green energy tariffs and examine what consumers are really getting. Producer: Jay Unger Presenter: Winifred Robinson
