The World Economic Forum says the workforce is automating faster than expected, displacing a predicted 85 million jobs in the next five years. Tech entrepreneur Charles Towers Clark believes that taking power away from bosses and giving it to employees is the key to humans surviving in the workplace of the future. He did it in his own company and now he thinks all companies need to do it as a matter of urgency. But is this the key to keeping humans relevant at work?
