Twenty years ago this weekend Melanie Doel was reporting for Country Focus and BBC Wales today, when Foot and Mouth wreaked havoc and devastation throughout our rural communities. In the second of our programmes Melanie is joined by a panel of guests to take a look back at the disease that ravaged the Welsh countryside and to ask what lessons we have learnt from the Foot and Mouth outbreak of 2001.
