You and Yours

Available for over a year

British Airways customers have told You and Yours they can't get vouchers swapped for a cash refund for cancelled flights due to Coronavirus. The airline is refusing to exchange the vouchers for cash because the customers went through an online process and selected vouchers as an option. But the customers say they didn't do that 'knowingly' and that the airline took the direct option for a cash refund off the website after lockdown. We'll find out what their rights are and where the law stands on refunds. Sales of houseplants are up by more than a fifth. It's being fuelled by social media and the desire to improve the look of our interiors in the era of Covid-19. An online survey found houseplants have more than 200,000 tags on social media, with the Swiss Cheese and Chinese Money plant the most popular. And - Ocado is due to start its new partnership with M&S next week. It means the end of its 19-year relationship with Waitrose. So will Waitrose be able to keep hold of its customers or are they expecting an exodus to their struggling rival? We talk to the Customer Director at Waitrose, Martin George.
