Top European Hotel brand Accor - they run 265 hotels in the UK such as Ibis and Mercure brands - are offering to rent their rooms out to home workers who are finding it difficult to work from home but who cannot yet return to their offices, but they are entering a competitive market place; so how will it work out? Consumers fed up with waiting for Tui to compensate them for holidays cancelled because of the pandemic are taking them to court to get their money back.
