The boss of the ticketing website Viagogo explains why the company is buying StubHub and responds to public criticism of Viagogo. The banking regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, explains how its new recommendations to lenders could help 150,000 people who are currently trapped in bad mortgage deals. Some of our listeners are breaching gagging orders they signed with online bookies, so they can tell the Gambling Commission how companies have broken regulations. But they complain that the regulator isn't taking any action. The fire service chiefs who say we're creating a two-tier system for fire safety in buildings, following the Grenfell fire.
