Local authorities across the UK are asking whether motorists should be charged to drive into the centre of cities and towns. Its part of plans to cut pollution. Jon Douglas reports from Tyneside. A flight delay claims company is sending bailiffs to its customers homes when they don't pay fees after they've had their compensation from airlines. The problem is the people involved were not aware they were signing a contract with this claims company in the first place. What can be done? And, the online gambling companies refusing to send account data to customers who believe the information will prove the gambling companies have acted irresponsibly.
