Letting fees, New movie releases at home, Tourist taxes

You and Yours

Available for over a year

The end's now in sight for letting fees paid by new tenants in England. From June they'll be axed. But will the costs be passed on by landlords simply putting up the rent? It could soon cost you an extra £2 a night to stay in Edinburgh with the first ever tourist tax in the UK. We look at how that might work and will other areas copy the idea? And we'll hear about the cinema chain planning to stream the latest releases direct to your TV on the very day they hit the big screen. Peter White presents. Produced by Mike Young.
