Jay Cahill left her job as a deputy head teacher to set up a community gym in Manchester. Her passion is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is a submission grappling full contact marital arts. Reporter Ena Miller visited the gym to hear about the women who are benefiting from her classes. How do you best support a mother when her adult child dies?
