Donald Trump announces further US sanctions against North Korea while China's central bank says it will more tightly restrict business dealings with its traditional ally. Ritula Shah speaks to Ambassador Christopher Hill, a former chief US negotiator on North Korea's nuclear programme, and Professor Hazel Smith from SOAS on how intertwined China's economy is with North Korea's. Also on the programme a Sri Lankan minister admits the existence of so-called 'baby farms' where women were paid to have babies to sell into adoption in Europe.
