Customers say they're unfair, their winnings are withheld, and the bonuses and promotions they're offered come with conditions attached. We speak to Sarah Harrison, Chief Executive of the Gambling Commission, who explains why the regulator took action. It's not just winnings being withheld that punters complain about, but even getting bets on in the first place.
