On National Women in Engineering day we hear from Naomi Climer, the first woman president of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Now she's back in the UK - having spent time in LA - she wants to change the image of the engineer, and encourage more girls to consider it as a career. Schools across the UK will start sending students off for work experience over the next few weeks but how do you secure that all important placement if you have a disability.
