Petrol prices are on the rise, so what happened to the promise that cheap car costs were here to stay for a while? A former salesman lifts the lid on how he was trained to use high-pressure techniques on potential customers, including using Hollywood as an inspiration. And a new batch of email scams has been unleashed, which target your home email account to inform you of a massive debt you owe to a company you have never heard of.
