It's an annual fee of one hundred and forty five pounds fifty. That pays for everything from EastEnders to Radio 3 to The Great British Bake Off not to mention You & Yours. New research suggests many thousands are refusing to pay the fee as they're watching on catch up which is currently exempt. So, should the licence fee be replaced by a subscription system?
