Laura Jolliffe talks about her fight to get her deafblind 8 year old daughter Ava the benefits to which she is entitled. The Department for Work and Pensions originally told the Jolliffe's that Ava wasn't disabled enough to be entitled to benefits, but they have since apologised for this. It is the responsibility of the German government to continue paying benefits to Ava and Laura as her carer. The DWP is now supporting the Jolliffe's processing their claim.
