Tens of thousands of Egyptians have been protesting in Cairo against President Morsi and a new draft constitution approved by the country's Islamist-dominated parliament. Britain is to withhold millions of pounds of aid to Rwanda because of claims that it's helping rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
