Hardeep Singh Kohli travels to Liverpool to cook lunch for Wayne Burns and Lindsay Ball. For many years food has been an important part of both their lives, so much so that after years of overeating they become obese. Eventually events in their lives convinced them the only way forward was for both to have operations for a duodenal switch. Since then Wayne has literally become half the man he was.
