Victims of anti-social behaviour are slipping through the net, according to a report from HM Inspectorate of Constabulary. One in three victims were dissatisfied with police handling of the problem. The report also accused the police of failing to find out whether victims who report abuse are vulnerable or if they've been targeted before. We hear from the mental health charities who want the police to do more. The case of the bank transfer that never happened, with neither bank claiming to have the money, so where does that money go? A Which? report shows how existing customers are paying more to get in touch with their banks and utility companies than new customers. Blood banks want more of us to donate ahead of the Olympics.
