We speak to Fred Reid, who was at the forefront for the campaign for Disability Living Allowance at its implementation in 1992 about his views on the Government's current proposal for welfare reform. We also speak to Matt Davies from the RNIB about the current status of the proposed reforms and what happens next; and to a DLA recipient, and how he may be affected. Also on the programme, one of the first visually impaired Olympic torchbearers Rachel Nafzger, who carried the torch in Devonport Cornwall, on the first day of its route around the UK.
