A Russian journalist discusses the rise of Vladimir Putin, his hold on power, and the risks she is taking by speaking out. We hear from members of British Asian women's groups who are being intimidated in their work to support those affected by forced marriage or honour-based violence. Olympic medal hopeful Rachel Cawthorn goes through her paces for the 500m kayaking event.
