Money Box

Available for over a year

As the city watchdog orders banks to send out letters to customers who may have been mis-sold personal payment insurance Moneybox investigates why it's taking so long to pay out those whose claims have already been agreed. The programme asks if the banks will be able to cope with up to 12 million new claimants. Paul Lewis hears from one Moneybox listener who's become the victim of so-called 'red lining' and with less than a month to the ISA deadline he'll have a round up of the best deals around. That's Moneybox with Paul Lewis just after the news at midday tomorrow/today on Radio 4.
