The police force has been described as the last unreformed public service. But with sweeping changes planned to the pay of police officers, reform is well and truly underway. Police numbers are already at their lowest level for a decade and forces are facing 20% cuts across the next four years. There are also government plans to place a greater focus on the police's role in reducing anti-social behaviour. How do you feel the police will cope with this new role?
