A historic day for Europe. Twenty-six member states sign up to a new deal aimed at solving the Euro crisis - only the UK stays out. Has the EU done enough to save the euro? How will a two-speed Europe work? Is this the beginning of the end for the UK's relationship with Europe? And what does this mean for the UK's coalition government?
